There are no tourist crowds here, the town is more like a local area and undeveloped by tourist businesses.

Medewi's beaches are a fishing village with a long shoreline of black sand. There are just a few accommodations around the area, a humble homestay, and a few villas with a private swimming pool. Cafes and restaurant options are limited compared to Canggu, but quite decent with menus of local delicacies to western food.
